The world's premier FIFA World Cup26™ international football competition returns with a number of firsts as it is co-hosted across three countries, 16 cities in three North America countries and features a total of 48 teams.  The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026. It will be jointly hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries; the main host country of matches is the United States, while Canada and Mexico will be the auxiliary hosts.  The final will be played on 19 July 2026 in New York New Jersey.
