We are delighted to announce that Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary X Krispy Kreme Campaign has been named a finalist for Best Food or Beverage Product for Entertainment Brands at the International Excellence Awards 2025.
In partnership with Pacific Licensing Studio and Sanrio Southeast Asia, the campaign celebrated Hello Kitty’s milestone with six limited-edition doughnuts, each beautifully packaged to reflect the charm of iconic Sanrio characters.
Launched across 111 stores nationwide, the campaign achieved strong results, with a total of 51,567 dozen doughnuts sold between June 22 and September 15, 2024—averaging two dozen per variant daily.
Driven by influencer partnerships, engaging on-ground activations, and a robust digital media plan, the campaign achieved a 1.6% engagement rate across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, exceeding industry benchmarks. Out-of-home placements, including LED and static billboards in key Philippine cities, extended the campaign’s reach even further.
